Peter Willems has extensive experience as a TESOL teacher, trainer, academic coordinator and Director of Studies for over 25 years and has spent most of his time working in the Middle East. His experience includes training novice teachers of both English and Arabic as a second language, designing and running workshops for in-service teachers, carrying out observation and feedback sessions, generating new assessment procedures and working on curriculum development, such as creating business English and academic writing programs. He earned a master’s degree in TESOL with a focus on teacher training at the University of Leeds and won the British Council’s Best Master’s Dissertation Award in 2019. He is a principal trainer in Saudi Arabia.
