- Purchasing Services
Purchasing Services via the Booking Platform
4.1 We do not facilitate purchases ourselves via our website. Instead, purchases are facilitated via our booking platform – Corsizio – and processed by the payment processor Stripe. Our booking platform’s terms and conditions can be found at https://www.corsizio.com/terms
4.2 Purchasing services via our booking platform does not require the creation of a user account. Purchases are linked/tracked based on your email address.
4.3 Coupons may be provided for use on the booking platform. Any coupon codes provided to you are for your sole use and are not to be shared with others.
Purchasing Services Directly via Email
4.4 In the case of organisational rather than individual clients, it may be the case that payment for services is agreed directly with you, in which case an invoice will be issued.
4.5 Invoices may be received as an email and/or link, either from the payment processor or from the booking platform, depending on the method of booking. These invoices will be handled by the payment processor or can be fulfilled in the form of a direct bank transfer.
4.6 Accepted payment methods via Stripe cover most banking cards. A full list of supported cards can be found at https://docs.stripe.com/payments/cards. In making payment you agree to pay all charges or fees required by the payment processor.

4.8. Where your order consists of multiple Online Courses or multiple Taught Courses, each individual course will be treated by us as a separate offer to purchase. 5.1 You are permitted to cancel your purchase of services up to 14 days prior to the commencement of your course. This will result in a refund of any paid fees. Within 14 days of the course commencing, no such right to cancellation and/or refund exists, notwithstanding the situation described in clause 5.4.
5.2 You will be responsible for any transaction and/or conversion fees incurred as a result of your decision to cancel your purchase of services.
5.3 If you have purchased a Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Course and/or started to use that Course then you shall have no right to cancel your order.
5.4 We reserve the right to cancel or alter the provision of services. You will be informed about any such decision in a timely manner.
5.5 If such a cancellation or variation occurs within 14 days of the expected commencement of the course, you will have the right to a full refund should you choose it. Alternatively, we will be responsible for providing you for the services you purchased on an alternate date in line with our normal course scheduling processes.
5.6 With regards to clause 5.5, and assuming clause 5.3 does not apply, you must request a refund within 14 days of being notified of any cancellation and/or variation as described in clause 5.4. Outside this period, you will have no right to a refund, but will retain a right to the provision of services. You will have 6 months to commence your rescheduled course, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse purchased services at our discretion.
